General Data Protection Regulation On the 25th May 2018, the new General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) came into effect. Our company holds personal data relating to you and your event and as a requirement of GDPR we are legally obliged to inform you of what this data is and how it will be used. We request certain information from you to enable us to fulfil our contractual and legal obligations. Names and email addresses of you are used for general correspondence and for us to provide you with up to date information on our services and special offers.   In order for us to comply with the new regulations and process your event we require your consent to us storing this data (as noted below).   You have a right to request a copy of the information Chocolicious Factory hold about you and your event. To do so please email us via the contact form.

The data we hold about yourself or your event will include some or all of the following:
o Name and Address (s) – Business / Registered address (s)
o Email addresses, Telephone and Fax numbers supplied by you.
o Date, Guest No’s and Venue information regarding your event.
o Services booked with us.
o In some cases and where this has been supplied by yourselves, we hold names, addresses and contact details for delivery purposes.

Chocolicious Factory will not pass on or sell this information for whatever reason.  
We store the data on our secure systems. Access to this is by authorised personnel only.  
We do not keep or store any sensitive card or payment details to further protect clients and ourselves.   Your information is only available to the management / sales / Operations team whom need to contact you for your events and NOT any third party individuals.  
In the event of a serious breach to your personal data which might expose you to serious risk, we will notify you promptly.  
At this stage, no action is required, if you are happy to receive information from us. Please rest assured that your details will not be passed onto any third parties or suppliers and we will only use this information to send you personalised emails about our offerings to you.  
If you would no longer like for us to hold such information then you can opt out by emailing us to “unsubscribe”

How long we retain your data
